How to get to cata start areas?

I did both the quest things I went on the boat to the sea world place and I talked to the npc to go to moonglade.

I hearthed back to stormwind and now I dont know how to get back to either of the places cos the boat goes to northrend and the npc is ignoring me for moonglade :(

Visit The Eastern Earthshrine, located in the middle of the lake just north of Stormwind keep. There are portals there :-)
