Seems there is a bug with the inn at tarren mill. Despite making it my alts 'home' for his hearthstone, you don't gain rested whilst standing in the Inn, and it takes the usual 20 seconds to log out, as if you are outside somewhere...
Checked this with another character, and the Inn in Mulgore worked fine. Sure this is a bug
