Pilgrim Peril extremely difficult post-patch

blizz -> wysłany:
It would have been nice of you guys gave us a warning that getting Pilgrim's Peril after the patch would be pretty near impossible without having numerous deaths due to the docks being removed in Darkshore, and the guards becoming level 85 and almost 2-4 shotting people. The graveyard is so far away for horde that what would normally take possibly less then 10 minutes, is taking up to an hour or more.

Constructive feedback is always welcome. We'll convey your feedback to the developers in regard to this. We most likely won't be able to make any changes (should they feel they would like to make changes) for Pilgrim's Bounty this year as far as I'm aware, but they may reevaluate this and make changes for next year. We shall see.

The world has changed and with it, I'm sure many other things will need to be changed and adjusted accordingly.

I've done this on both the Horde and Alliance side, and have likewise had the issue with Ironforge. That said though, all I can do is give you the blanket statement since I don't want to promise change that may not happen at all. These Achievements are optional and are a bonus part of the play experience, though I'm sure a lot of us have the "got to do them all" sort of fever that comes every time these events happen. We just need to remind ourselves that it's not a requirement that we do them and even if you do continue to pursue doing them; I'd like to hope you're more patient with yourself and the game. Take a break when you get frustrated and come back to it later when you're calmer. It may change the experience for you from frustrating to challenging.

I'd like to hope that no one really would light their PC on fire and toss it out the window. That's no way to treat your friend, comrade, and partner. It is not responsible for your frustration. :)

Come on Nethaera don't give us a blanket statement.

Spent most of my evening last night doing this Achievement and it did make me want to light my PC on fire and toss it out the window.

For you guys doing it, it will take awhile, you will die a lot, and for Ironforge you will need a 2nd person to aggro the guards away.

you produce some of the best marketing spin ive ever seen, are you sure youre not in the wrong department?

Quite sure, and I mean what I say. It's amazing what genuine words can do isn't it?
