Why level professions now to 800?

Madamexx	wysłany: 6 lat temu BfA is almost here and I wanna have my alts up to 110. Every alt will have a profession covered, I will have some extra alchemists for tansmute. My question is now: why should I now level BS, LW,... to 800 when we restart at 0 for BfA? Thanks for your answers!
