I have just returned to wow recently i left very early on in legion and so have not unlocked flying yet, is this necessary to get the questline? |

Looks like you already found your way over to Argus by now, Noxianmight. :)
For anyone else still trying to work things out, you will have to have unlocked World Quests for your character/account (through the quest 'Uniting the Isles'), which will then let you start the 'Assault on Broken Shore' quest/scenario from Khadgar at Krasus' Landing. Only after unlocking the Broken Shore will you be able to get the 'Hand of Fate' quest to take you to Argus. Have a safe flight aboard The Vindicaar! ^^ |
