I apologize for the lack of warning, we're not able to make specific schedules very far ahead as we're often waiting for bugs to be fixed, builds to deploy, etc. It's a delicate balancing act, and I appreciate everyone who can come to the PTR and help us test.
Heroic Templates should be available later today, we're in the process of getting those up. Tuesday, June 7 1:30 PM PDT – Lord Rhyolith (25 Player) 3:30 PM PDT – Beth’tilac (10 Player Heroic) Wednesday, June 8 10:30 AM PDT – Shannox (10 Player Heroic) 12:30 PM PDT – Majordomo Staghelm (10 Player Heroic) 2:30 PM PDT – Baleroc (10 Player Heroic) 4:30 PM PDT – Alysrazor (10 Player Heroic) As always, the schedule can change at a moment’s notice due to issues with the build, server, encounter, or the mercurial nature of designers. The encounters are all a work in progress; there will be bugs and tuning is not final. |

There's an issue preventing players from zoning into Firelands right now. We're investigating this, no ETA.

The new heroic geared templates for US are up, EU and KR templates are being worked on as well.
We're still having some issues with people being able to zone in. I don't have any news to report on that front yet. |
