Highly doubt people will drop resources into the Mage Tower anymore. We are monitoring the completion rates of Broken Shore structures and are prepared to make adjustments if needed.

Is this intended? We're working on a hotfix for this. Once the hotfix is applied, Fury of Air should be active in Ghost Wolf form.

Is that working as intended? Unsullied tokens can be mailed to your alts. This is similar to systems you might recall from Timeless Isle or Tanaan Jungle.

Access to areas of Argus is account-wide, but specific World Quests may require that a character has completed story prerequisites.

No. As of 7.3, once you spend the first 34 points in your artifact, the rest of its potential automatically unlocks.

You're simply there, along with players who entered at a similar time.

Fixing this bug is complex, but it’s a very high priority for us. We'll hopefully have it fixed soon.

Is he ingame at all? This enemy was indeed was removed late in the 7.3 PTR. A hotfix was applied earlier today removing him from the achievement requirements.
