Some artifacts (such as Holy Paladin) are meant to break some of the normal "rules," but aren't needed at level 100.

Delaying Legion purchase until I know for sure. Yep! You'll have this option after completing the short post-Broken Shore chain that opens after Legion launch.

We'll be seeing a lot more of them leading up to launch.

Correct. Personal loot will award the armor piece itself, based on your selected loot specialization.

Aerythlea	wysłany: 8 lat temu https://twitter.com/WarcraftDevs/status/768248841023791104 FYI, Vengeance doesnt have Darkness. PVP talent tier 3#3 needs to be adjusted. We're aware of this issue and will be updating Vengeance’s Honor Talents to correct it.
