If your character has reached level 71 or higher, you can queue for The Burning Crusade Timewalking dungeons now through Monday to fight for Timewarped Badges and loot that’s scaled to your level. You’ll face the following challenges:

Black Morass
Magister's Terrace
Mana-Tombs
The Shattered Halls
The Slave Pens
Before you venture back into Outland, make sure you pick up the quest A Burning Path Through Time, which rewards both a Seal of Inevitable Fate and an Iron Fleet Treasure Chest*.
*Chest practically guaranteed to contain a Hellfire Citadel item in the ilvl 690–705 range.
